Grand City Tour Vienna
Having given a wide overall impression of Vienna´s most important historical sights along the Ring Boulevard, the tour then approaches Prater, the huge recreation and leisure area and the site of the famous Riesenrad, the Giant Ferris Wheel. We continue by crossing the Danube and the Danube Island (and the New Danube), then drive past the site of the UNO-City (the seat of the United Nation headquarters in Vienna). Further on the agenda is the Hundertwasserhaus where we take a short break before continuing on past Belvedere Palace (the summer residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy) and arriving at Schönbrunn, where we stop so that guests have the opportunity to take some snapshots of the palace.
The return journey to the city brings us along the Wienzeile, the road leading to the famous Naschmarkt (with its food stalls and flea market) and the building of the Secession (with its dome of gilded laurel leaves). The tour ends at the Albertina (which houses one of the most important comprehensive graphic collections in the world).
All tours are offered as private tours. Duration: 3 hours.
Transportation (Taxi, Bus, Minivan, Carriage) has to be organized seperately and is not included in the fees.
